ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
We provide Status2k to you subject to these Terms, which may be updated periodically without prior notice. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account termination. By purchasing Status2k you agree to the following terms.

REFUND POLICY
We are unable to provide a refund if a license has been generated for use with Status2k.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Status2k reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Status2k (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that Status2k shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

NO RESALE OF PRODUCT
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of Status2k, or access to Status2k without written permission from the author.

TERMINATION
You agree that Status2k, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account, and remove and discard any account/license information associated with Status2k, for any reason, including and without limitation, violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. Any contracts, verbal or written or assumed, in conjunction with your deleted account and all its parts, at Status2k's discretion, will be terminated as well. We may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing Status2k, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to Status2k under any provision of these Terms may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Status2k may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and licenses. We reserve the right to bar any further access to Status2k. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to Status2k. Accounts that are terminated will not be refunded.

CLIENT CONDUCT
Client is solely responsible for the contents of his or her transmissions through the Service and or Script. Member's use of the Service and or Script is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.

Client agrees: (1) to comply with US law regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States through the Service; (2) not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Service; and (3) to comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the Service.

Client agrees not to harass, libelous, abuse, threaten, or harm any staff. Client further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems are prohibited.

Client furthermore agrees that contact between Status2k and its clients via the use of mass mail is acceptable with the knowledge that the user may opt out either by link or request via e-mail, any legal proceedings made due to the use of mass mail contact and or reports against Status2k are not at the fault of Status2k but at the fault of the client requesting the Service and or Script, such events will be cause for immediate termination.

Status2k may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate Service and or Script should Client's conduct fail to conform with these terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
USER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT:

1. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT USER’S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND USER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO HIS/HER COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

2. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY USER FROM STATUS2K OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
USER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT STATUS2K SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF  STATUS2K HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER’S TRANSMISSIONS OF DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
